The meeting started at 7:10pm by Sharon Morrison.

The senior account now has $37,315.57

The pull tab account has $4,164 and Angelique handed over a check for $17,000 to the senior account.

Joe Procell is checking the fuel tank to see whether we need fuel or not.

The seniors have an ad in the paper looking for contractors to bid on the senior building to fix it up. Having it raised, ceiling lowered, new windows and lights, new plumbing and wiring. Clay Baldwin (978-4837) has called and will look at the building in the next few days to see if he wants to bid on it or not. There is a contractor from Delta that has looked at the building already and will be calling with his bid.

We need to decorate the building for Easter this Sat. Feb 16^th at 9am.

Sat. March 1, we are having a chili feed fundraiser for Jewell Smith and his family. It will be from 5-8pm. We are having chili, corn bread and dessert for donation. Jan D, Sue R, Carolyn C, Joe P, Sharon M, Candy S, and Phyllis S are all making their own chili and bringing it. Rhonda is making the cornbread. Have all the food at the senior building by 3:30pm. We are collecting dessert for everyone who would like to donate them. We are going to have a money tree for Jewell’s granddaughter (Jewel).

Sat. April 5 is our Bingo/dinner fundraiser. The dinner is $6.50 and starts at 5pm and the bingo is $12.50 and starts at 6pm. We are serving meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas, cold-slaw, rolls, dessert and coffee.

March 6 is the railroad meeting at 5pm at the senior building.

Sat. April 19 the Girl Scouts are having a chili dinner/bingo find-raiser at the senior building. Dinner starts at 6pm and bingo at 7pm. This is to help the girls raise money to go to summer camp. The dinner costs $6.00 and bingo is $10 for 12 games. Prizes will be given for the winners of the bingo games.

Our senior garage sale is going to be in May. We are collecting donations now. You can call Phyllis at 488-1664, Sharon at 488-2512 or Rhonda at 488-5802.
