No lunches at the Midway this month. Barb is busy cooking for the military.
The upstairs in the senior building needs to be cleaned out before the building project. Was scheduled for April 16 but changed to after the 20th.
Our plans for our senior yard sale were supposed to be in mid May but it changed to April 25-26. We are still collecting items for the sale. If we don’t get enough stuff for the sale we won’t have on until next year.

Sharon reported that someone from the Salcha Baptist Church donated $500 to the Smith family.
The Salcha seniors raised $1050 for the Smith’s and $245 for the granddaughter during our chili feed fundraiser.
Carolyn talked about request for donations. One for Frances Johnson and the other was for Renee K. The members decided not to donate.
Phyllis said she received a letter from Hospice thanking us for our donation. The also told her our name will be listed on their board.
Cindy said they are looking for a senior from Salcha for recognition. We have chosen someone (?).
The board talked about the reason for the lock on the upstairs door.
"55 Alive" classes will be March 29-30 from 9-1pm each day. There have been 13 to sign up for the class so far.
Carolyn Lincoln needs to take her food handlers class to be able to serve food.
Senior dinner/bingo is scheduled for April 5. We are serving meat loaf, mashed potatoes/gravy, corn, salad, coffee and dessert. Need desserts donated.
